Automatic grooving machine is used for cutting V groove into cardboard,chipboard, rigid board, corrugated board, paperboard , MDF , etc.It has high notching accuracy, dustless, little noise, highly effective, energy conservation, environmental protection. Widely used in gift box,phone box,shoe box,chocolate box, jewellery box, cosmetic box, tea box , wine box, sweet box, candle box , rigid box , etc.
Advantages:
- Dedicated conveyor belt for deliver the waste material out of the machine automatically, save labor, improve output.
- Equipped with special automatic blade sharpener.
- Equipped with 12 sets of grooving knife , each knife head can be adjustment independently , so as to adjust the grooving angle easily.
- Two crossbeams can be assembled with 3 rows of grooving knives, one of crossbeams can be hung up and down knives, three rows of knives working at the same time, there is no requirement for grooving spacing.
- According to different material to choose the corresponding Auto edge Self-aligning device, it can be wear-resistant rubber wheels type, tank wheel type , thick beads type , to ensure the stability of edge correction, and also improve the accuracy and security greatly, easy to operate.
- The grooving accuracy can be up to ± 0.05mm when it work with thin paper.
